Elizabeth is an Austin appropriate mixed use development consisting of 24 condominiums and 6000 square feet of commercial space. The ground floor will be retail and parking and the upper two floors will house units that have a crisp, clean feel which blends perfectly with South Austin contemporary.
Michael Hsu and his team have designed this project from its early stages with local development group JTTJ Bouldin Creek, LLC.
Michael broke through in Austin with his work on the '04 Development on South Congress just two blocks away from Elizabeth. He also showed his talent with other projects including The Real World Set in Austin, Uchi, Fino and The Belmont. Michael's team of professionals have ensured that Scott's vision of keeping the project appropriate for Austin is realized. We want the soul of Austin to remain intact, not drift away into generic developments which are only too common in larger cities.
